Templated Content

Appointments

It’s possible to share files with patients in templated appointment types. This means that the patient will receive a notification about the appointment, and the file will always be attached to the appointment.

We support both file and video attachments in appointment templates.

Medication

It’s also possible to share files with patients in templated medication types. This means that the patient will receive a notification about the medication reminder, and the file will always be attached to the medication.

We support both file and video attachments in appointment templates.

Consents

It’s possible to share Information packs with patients. These are files that contain information about the consents they’re about to complete, or the treatment they’re about to undergo.

We don’t support streaming video attachments in information packs.
